I've had the gamut of gas, bloating, irregular bowel habits & have been to a digestive specialist for several years with no help at all. I have constipation type IBS and this works for me. The first thing
I noticed was that I wasn't as bloated. Not alot of relief, but just
enough to keep on giving it a try. It took about 2 months to get the
full effect. Without it, I am really constipated, but with it things
work alot better. I use the chewable tablets.

Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest the sugar in milk, lactose.
This inability results from a shortage of the enzyme lactase, which is normally
produced in the small intestine. Lactase breaks down the milk sugar, so
the body can easily digest it. When there is not enough lactase to digest
the amount of lactose consumed, mild to severe stomach discomfort may result.
Common symptoms include gas, cramps, and diarrhea. Symptoms tend to occur
anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods
containing dairy. The severity of symptoms and ability to tolerate lactose
